I love the Parka and get many compliments on it. the only problem is zipping it up. The fur tends to get caught in the zipper. Also the fur is so dense it gets caught in the zipper when trying to start it. To solve the problem I do not unzip all the way and step in and out of it. It is truly luxurious and beautiful. I would not change a thing.
